Group Contact Information
The EndoCenter of the San Francisco Bay Area operates solely on donations from individuals, corporations and HealthCare providers or through our fundraising programs. We do not receive funding from any other sources and appreciate the generosity of the following individuals for their support this past year.

Mailing address made possible by a donation from Zouves Fertility Center www.GOIVF.com.

Voicemail made possible by a donation from Fertility Physicians of Northern California www.FPNC.com.

Printing for newsletters made possible by an "in-kind" donation by VitalCare Institute of Health - Andrew Cook, M.D. www.pelvicpain.com.

Thank you Dr. Zouves and Zouves Fertility Center www.goivf.com for your continued support and sponsorship of our mailing address for 2004. Your contribution is invaluable and gives us an avenue to reach out to women who struggle with this puzzling disease.

The use of the URL www.sfendo.org and this website has been made possible by an in-kind donation from a member.

Meeting space has been donated by El Camino Hospital in Mountain View, UCSF Medical Center in San Francisco and St. Timothy's Episcopal church in Mountain View. Thank you to these facilities for providing us with comfortable meeting space and audiovisual support.

Donation Basket

Many have contributed to our group via cash or check through our Donation Basket at meetings. We appreciate these donations as they help to off-set administrative costs such as postage for mailings and photocopying. No donation is ever too small - even donations of postage stamps offset our mailing costs. Every little bit helps!

Volunteers

Thank you to all our volunteers who have donated their time this past year to keep this group going. Without these individuals and their dedication to offering support, education and empowerment to women who struggle with endometriosis, we would not be here. It takes many hands to offer the resources that this group does through meetings, telephone support and the information on this web-site.
